Strategic partnership proposal

Infiniti × Fin.com

Fin.com moves money across borders. Infiniti turns market data into intelligence, automation and execution. The proposal is a commercial partnership first, and an investment that accelerates it.

The thesis

Infrastructure, intelligence, execution

Fin.com and Infiniti are complementary, not competitive. Fin builds the rails money moves on. Infiniti builds the layer that reads the market, decides and executes.

Fin.com

Financial infrastructure

Licensed payment rails, stablecoin settlement, virtual accounts, liquidity and compliance across its corridors.

Infiniti Signals

Financial intelligence

Issuer intelligence, market analytics, AI-visibility tracking and automated reporting, sold as enterprise software.

Infiniti Markets

Automated execution

Multi-tenant strategy execution and settlement reconciliation, on customers’ own exchange accounts.

What Infiniti is

Two businesses, one automation stack

Infiniti Signals

Issuer intelligence for public companies: release reporting, market intelligence, live quarter-hour pricing, AI-visibility tracking and brand assets. A new issuer is a configuration folder, not a rebuild.

Infiniti Markets

An automated prediction-market platform. A multi-tenant engine running strategy instances on customers’ own exchange accounts, with fill-level and settlement-level audit trails on every position.

Traction

Revenue is live, not projected

Five paid issuer pilots delivered, each a live dashboard against real market data, brand assets and a release calendar.

Target

100+

clients within 12 months

The product is already client-agnostic: one pilot was seeded from a different market — Canadian listing, CAD/USD, its own peer set and dilution stack — with no change to the application code. Onboarding is a configuration exercise, which is what makes 100+ clients a delivery plan rather than a hiring plan.

The engine

Measured at scale, not modelled

Live-money pilot, 13 August to 20 October 2026, across 15 funded accounts. Every position is reconciled fill-by-fill against the exchange's own settlement records.

Average entry price92.88¢

What this proves is operational: the engine ran unattended for 69 days and executed a quarter of a million contracts across 15 accounts without a reconciliation break. The asset is a system that can be pointed at a strategy, a market or a client at volume.

Fin’s own problem statement opens with a prediction market: “A prediction market in New York cannot take a deposit from a customer in Lagos.” They are already thinking about our category. The open question is whether the Kalshi relationship on that page is a live integration or a logo.

The fit

One customer, two halves of the job

Five money legs. Fin does three of them on its own paper; the two it cannot do alone are the ones the exchange controls.
Where the rails touch
LegThe money moveWhat Fin doesNeeds the exchange?
A. FundingCustomer's money → the customer's own exchange accountOn-ramp: local collection, stablecoin, a named USD account in the customer's own nameYes, and it is the blocker. The exchange holds the customer, the KYC and the US perimeter.
B. WithdrawalExchange → the customer's own bankNothing. This hop is the exchange's own rail to a US account.Yes, but there is nothing to ask for.
C. Second hopCustomer's US or UAE account → their home countryExactly Fin's product: 40+ payout countries, India NRO same-day at XE + premiumNo. It happens after the funds have left the exchange.
D. Our own feesCustomer → Infiniti, for subscriptions and creditsMerchant-of-record card processing, local collection, virtual accountsNo. Infiniti is the merchant.
E. Payouts outInfiniti → partners, revenue share, contractors abroadBulk payouts to 40+ countries, stablecoin off-rampsNo.

Neither company has to become the other. Fin does not build intelligence; Infiniti holds credentials rather than customer funds, so it moves no money and holds no licence. The overlap is the customer, and that is where the revenue is.

Five ways to work together, ranked

We are not asking Fin to choose all five. We are asking which one they want to test first.

Opportunity 1 · the differentiated one

Fin’s rails, our intelligence layer

Fin brings settlement connectivity, licensed corridors and compliance. Infiniti brings cross-venue analytics, automated execution, position-level reconciliation, risk controls and institutional reporting — sold to prediction-market participants, fintech platforms and trading-technology firms already on Fin’s infrastructure.

A · Referral

Fin refers qualified customers and takes an agreed share of platform revenue.

B · White label

Fin offers Infiniti technology to its own customers under licence.

C · Joint offer

Sold together as one product, each side keeping its own service revenue.

Opportunity 3 · the fastest one

Signals sells without prediction markets

Issuer intelligence is enterprise software. It needs no exchange, no trading permission and no regulatory conversation, which makes it the quickest thing Fin could put in front of its corporate and fintech customers.

Distribution partner

Fin introduces issuers and corporates; we deliver and support.

Reseller

Fin sells selected modules on its own paper at an agreed margin.

White-label module

A financial-operations dashboard over Fin's own transaction data.

Illustrative scenario, not a forecast

100 clients at an assumed $12,000 a year is $1.2M of recurring revenue. At an assumed 15% channel commission that is $180K a year to Fin from introductions alone. Both the contract value and the commission are assumptions for discussion, not agreed terms.

Next 90 days

The launch is the forcing function

A payment integration is not a prerequisite. The launch proceeds either way; it is simply a measurable thing to test together.
